How this company website handles information, and what to expect as our products develop.
Last updated: October 22, 2026
This information applies to the App Links LLC company website. It does not describe data handling for PM Me! or Asset Me, which are in development.
Information you provide
The feedback form collects the app or topic, feedback type, message, and an optional email address for replies. App Links LLC uses these details to review suggestions, respond to questions, and improve its products. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Feedback processing
When you submit feedback, it is sent to Formspree, which processes the submission and delivers a notification to our private company inbox hosted by Gmail. Formspree may also process technical information for delivery and spam prevention. See Formspree’s privacy policy for its data practices.
Feedback may be kept in Formspree and our inbox as needed to review and respond to it. To ask about your information or request deletion of correspondence, choose “Privacy request” in the contact form. Include a reply email if you would like a response.
Beta access requests
Beta requests collect your email, selected apps, platform preference, consent, and any optional name or context. Requests are processed by Formspree and delivered to our private company inbox. We use these details to review testing interest and contact you about the selected beta opportunities, not to enroll you in unrelated marketing. Requests do not guarantee access. We retain requests while relevant to beta recruitment; you may withdraw your interest or request deletion through the contact form by selecting “Privacy request.”
Cookies and analytics
The website code does not set cookies, use browser storage, include advertising trackers, or load analytics services. Fonts and visual elements are provided without third-party font or image services.
Hosting and technical information
This website is hosted using Google Firebase Hosting. Google may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. See Google’s privacy policy and Firebase privacy information.
Future product policies
Separate privacy information will be provided for PM Me! and Asset Me before their respective services become available. This website does not provide access to either product.
